The Apartment

Located 100 yards from the seafront "Paseo del Meditteraneo" the apartment is nestled at the end of a quiet no through road, within a small community complex of 8 apartments.

 

Our apartment is on the ground floor directly in front of you as you enter the grounds, with a large sun terrace out front, and small secluded back yard ideal for storage and washing.

 

  You enter the apartment directly into the living room, equipped with 2 sofas, dining table for 4, wifi, digital TV with UK channels, DVD Player .

The living room leads into a recently refurbished galley style kitchen with marble effect worksurfaces and high gloss cupboard fronts. The kitchen boasts lots of cupboard storage, fully equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, electric oven , fridge freezer and washing machine .

The master bedroom is furnished with air conditioning, double bed, and separate built in wardrobes and drawers.  

​

The ensuite has wc, sink and shower.

​

The main bathroom also has wc, sink unit and bath with wall mounted shower.

​

The front bedroom has built in wardrobe storage, 2 single beds and recirculatory ceiling fan.

​

The community has it's own private sun area and pool located to the side of the complex, accessible via a small stairway. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times. The pool area has been extensively refurbished in late 2018.

No pets are allowed in the apartment or on the community.

​

No smoking is permitted within the apartment.

​
