Almeria Airport:  Located 50 minutes drive south of Mojacar Playa this airport is the closest in proximity to the apartment. Airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair and Jet2.com fly into Almeria from Gatwick, Dublin, Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham to name a few. Check respective airlines for current flight schedules.

Transfer from Almeria to Mojacar, can be via car hire rental at the airport or shuttle bus using www.exclusiveairportshuttles.co.uk. The shuttle bus drops off 5 minute walk from the apartment in Mojacar, and collects from the airport terminal. (For Almeria it is pick up point 13, Alicante it is pick up point 9, and for Corvera /Murcia International airport it is pick up point 16. Advise driver it is Price Brown /Levante Restaurant Drop off /Pick up point.)

Murcia Covera Airport: Located 75 minutes North of Mojacar, this newly opened airport January 2019 will operate regular daily scheduled flights to UK and other European countries. More flight availability than Almeria, and plenty of hire car rental facilities and again airport transfer shuttle bus via www.exclusiveairportshuttles.co.uk for direct service to Mojacar.

Alicante Airport: Located 150 minutes drive North of Mojacar this large airport has regular flights to the UK and all European countries. More flight availability than Almeria, and plenty of hire car rental facilities and again airport transfer shuttle bus via www.exclusiveairportshuttles.co.uk for direct service to Mojacar.

Mojacar Pueblo & Mojacar Playa

Mojacar Pueblo is the "old town" located high on the hill overlooking Mojacar Playa. The Pueblo has the charismatic charm and untouched feel of a traditional Spanish hillside town unaffected by tourism and technology. Narrow cobbled streets with whitewashed buildings and hidden bars and shops make this venue a popular tourist attraction with well organised fiestas and religious festivals throughout the year.

 

Mojacar Playa, located at the base of the hills, is designed for the tourist with a Commercial shopping centre (banks, post office, clothes shops), numerous restaurants and bars stretching East and West from the centre and mile upon mile of golden sandy beaches to gaze out towards the clear blue Mediterrean sea.

Our apartment is located in the popular area of Ventanicas al Cantal, close to the Levante Pizza Restaurante, Thomas's Supermarket and The Irish Rover pub.
